DresdenPaging a1abdj - Biometric or Keypad Office Safe
A company I work with is having insider thefts of money, from office safes in its restaurants. Each store has 2-4 assistant managers who have the combination of the safe, and they are using combination dials which don't let them change the combo's when the stores have turnover. So, I am wondering if there are good, commercial grade safes that can use fingerprints or a key sequence for each authorized user and that can easily be locked out, if a trusted employee leaves. It would also need to record an audit trail of who opened the safe with a time and date stamp. It wouldn't need to keep the record forever, but at least for 3 or 4 days so that if an shortage happened an investigator could use the recorded data.
I am going to call a couple of friends of mine in the marijuana enforcement business here in CO, because I can't seem to find what I am looking for in any of the Physical Security websites I follow.

First you correctly guess a member's safe combination, now you know another's phone number. You are one scary dude!
