egregoreStalling issue on 2013 Jeep Wrangler: Jeep experts chime in
I have access to TSBs and looked yesterday for one. I could find nothing pertinent.
Does the engine just stall quickly as if a switch were shut off, or is there a feeling of jerking or banging? The latter would indicate a clutch or torque converter problem in the transmission. Another idea, but kind of a long shot: if this engine (3.6 V6, actually one of their better ones), that year, uses a mass air flow sensor, check the ducting between the air filter box and engine for splits, cracks, tears or holes. (I don't think it does.)
