egregoreI didn't know there was a
Grand Highlander.
It still looks like it wants to kill you, but not as bad as some of the others.

valkyrie1Had a VW Atlas, had a few minor recalls but did well for us. Sold it to our friends and they are still happy with it.

Don’t know anything about the current ones, but our 2002 Sequoia got brought home from “airport car” duty standing by in a hangar a couple counties over where we often visit family for the to learn on. The both bought smaller cars (different vintages of CR-Vs), but still refer to the Sequoia as the greatest car know to mankind. Of course, in those days they weren’t paying for the gas.

sigspecopsMy wife has a 2024 Kia Telluride. An adult can definitely sit in the 3rd row, in fact it has more leg room there than most other competitors.

YellowJacketI'm surprised at how much room our GLS450 has. It's smaller than my Tahoe but still has a lot of room for cargo and the 3rd row is pretty comfy for adults.
