Just a dry rub. The recipe suggested soaking them in apple juice overnight but that's too much sugar for me.

Looks great.
I smoke my ribs with either Hickory or Pecan for about 5 hours and they've turned out beautifully.


I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I'm not.
