My husky is six years old. She is finally starting to do the husky howl.
For the first six years, she rarely barked. Never howled. Thought I had a defective dog.
Now I miss that quiet.
Not minority enough!

I always loved going to the dog park when there were several Huskies or Malamutes because I could always get them singing in a chorus.
Owners didn't appreciate very much. But I loved the sound.

We had a Norwegian Elkhound that was a howler.
Any dog can be a Guide Dog if you don't care where you're going.

I miss my old husky. He wasn't a major howler but, he had his moments. Husky pups are pretty damn adorable & endearing.
