A while ago someone posted about having trouble with desktop when rebooted. I’ve searched and can’t find it.

It just started-everything on the desktop gets randomly rearranged. At the same time, the keyboard and response get “laggy” for lack of a better term. I’ve done the suggested diagnostic stuff but no joy. After a while the lag usually goes away but it’s frustrating as I’ve been working on taxes which is bad enough!

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Windows PC
