For all the reasons discussed, I absolutely hate them. I’ve never deployed them myself, but I feared I was signing several officers’ death warrants the times I approved them as a supervisor during a pursuit. Luckily I was wrong. But I hate them. I’d prefer we ram them off the road. Knowing what one is talking about is widely admired but not strictly required here.
