They're easy to grow and would complement your tomatoes and cucumbers nicely. Plus, harvesting them is always a fun surprise. Another idea could be radishes if you want something quick to grow and harvest. | |||

I have lived the greatest adventure |
This year, so far, in Upstare SC, we've had: - Cherry tomatoes, 1 plant, and we get 20-30 per day! - Cherokee Purple tomatoes, a few, and they're almost done - Beefsteak tomatoes, plenty for us - squash and zucchini didn't do well - cucumbers didn't do well, but they usually do - green peppers grew really well, but only had a few - strawbwerries grew pretty well. Fitrst time for us. Raised beds, watered with ollas mainly, but supplemented with the hose. No pesticides; wife planted some other plants that keep bugs and critters away. We're trying to decide what to grow for fall. Phone's ringing, Dude. | |||
