Spiff_P239Did you get trick or treaters this year?
I saw a decent number of kids out in the neighborhood while I was walking the dogs, but we didn't have many come by our house as we're on a street that typically sees low Halloween traffic. I was definitely glad to see that a lot of kids were allowed to have a somewhat normal day after all of this COVID nonsense the last 7.5 months.

StarTravelerIt was a beautiful night and we had fewer than 20. Most years, the count is 50 to a record of about 80.

CoolRich59Double our usual number.
We’ve lived here six years. For the first five years, we had one group stop by. A dad with two kids.
They moved away earlier this year. I didn’t know what to expect, but was ready in case we got new neighbors.
To my pleasant surprise, we had two groups come by. That made four kids - double the number from the last five years.

ShouldBFishinWe're down a about 30%. We had a little more than 100 this year. A normal year usually brings 150 or so.
Costco had a pretty good deal this year on full sized candy bars - the kids were pretty excited about those

feersum dreadnaughtReally cold (28 F) for CT Halloween.
We had ~45 or so. My favorite was the son of the CT State Police officer that came by, dressed as Dad.
Rings the bell - "Trick or Trump!"
double handful of goodies for that lad.
