Walking around with the heavy rock on the head is the one thing that made the most sense in this video. It's such a common action in street fights that we would be surprised if somebody didn't try to wear the rock like a sombrero.

At one point the city rented an entire quarter block (parking lot) and allowed it to become a tent city for all the homeless in downtown. Rightfully so, it was named “The Thunderdome”, it just lacked a dome. The actual homeless who were normal people wouldn’t go near there. It was a quarter block of all the crazies, and drug addicts. I’m pretty certain the city closed it some time later.
Mind you, this was built after the same group of people built a tent city a couple blocks away in the park next to Capitol Lake. It was such a crazy wasteland. That end of downtown was uninhabitable. Finally the Governor sent the State Police in to evict the squatters. The city refused to do anything about it, and thought it was such a bad idea, they would support building another one.
It also looks like since I have been gone, they let the entire shore of the lake go to shit. It’s sad, as when I moved there in 2001, it was a pretty nice downtown area. I also don’t understand why there are so many homeless there. The weather is miserable for most of the year.

If one was a serious criminal on the run, any number of these shithole leftard cities would be the perfect place to blend into. I imagine if you kept your profile low, law enforcement would never even have the desire to even speak with you.
