HRK - Thanks for posting this video. This one is exactly how I thought the first video was going to go.

This shows that the shooter is responsible for every round fired, whatever it hits (in this situation another vehicle).

It’s getting crazy out there. Just got off the phone with my son. They were waiting for a deputy sheriff. They are driving back from AR. He just got sideswiped by a car that was following him and his wife right on his bumper. He said he slowed down and moved over and waved the car on. He said he waved him on stopped and the car stopped behind him. Then the car moved and passed him sideswiping his entire drivers side. Then took off.

There are many good ones available, but if you have any concerns about customer support, both Rove and Garmin support are great. U.S.A. based, English speaking, very responsive. I appreciate the availability of good support, and that's where I spent my money.

If the semi driver with that camera reported this to the local police that man will face charges. Probably Assault with intent to do Great Bodily Harm which is a distinctly serious Felony.

Were I the person who was assaulted that bad actor would be dead. Because I have heart disease and I don't have any means to defend myself physically. As soon as that asshole reached into the car and opened the door I would be firing and would not stop until that assailant stopped making aggressive moves. As an older person my approach would be conservative and fire until he stopped moving.

BTW, here in Michigan it is well established that if an assailant is attempting to drag someone out of their car Deadly Force is allowed. I will also note that I saw one news report that in Michigan, depending on area, 10 to 25% of the drivers have CPL's. Bad news is we have way too many road rager's, who mainly lack CPL's, seem to end up shooting at each other.

I have used Garmin products since about 1990 and they have always had fantastic customer service. One typical response for me has been offers to replace the item I was having issues with. Currently my watch is a Forerunner 245 and my dashcam is a Garmin DC57.

I had someone go into rage at me because I dared to pass him on a road with 2 lanes in each direction and when he ran a red light using the westbound lane in a construction zone I had him dead to rights making multiple traffic infractions. I took my Iphone to the local PD the next day and showed the Shift Supervisor the video and unfortunately Michigan will not allow me to file these traffic infractions and take it to Court but the PD did call the city where the driver resides who then their Police have a talk with that idiot.

It really is a bit of a shame, in Ohio a driver can swear out a warrant against an aggressive driver and take that to Court. With these dash cams today that takes all the hesaid/shesaid shit right out of the equation.
