Guilty pleasures.... yours?

I made a two-hour, 140 mile round trip at 11pm last night to get a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. I guess I'll call that my guilty pleasure of the week.

Since I no longer drink in volume, I enjoy a few fine quality beers, and a nice rocks glass of my bourbon of choice (for that year). I also like cookies, and chicken wings, extra spicy!!! A man of simple tastes I am.

Me too. Especially the Jalapeno ones (Ms. Vicki's) from Costco.

I'm good in both the kitchen and on the BGE, and can produce crowd pleasing food in many genres including Mexcian. I'm also a bit of foodie and enjoy dining at restaurants with talented chefs.

I was totally shocked that my guilty pleasure is Taco Bell's new $1 Nacho Fries. The fries, the "Mexican" seasoning, and nacho "cheese" sauce just mysteriously taste good together.

Are they authentic Mexcian Food? Not even close

Will they win culinary awards? No

Can I make better queso? Hell yes

Can I make better fries? Absolutely

Do I have to drive past Mexican owned Mexican restaurants with Mexicans in the kitchen to get to Taco Bell? Yep

Still they're currently my $1 guilty pleasure.
