I do not believe there is any problem with employers not accepting "natural" hair as long as it is well kept and professional. I do think employers can and should restrict employees from having hairstyles that make them look unprofessional.

There is a difference between well kept long hair, and a disorganized mess. Just like there is professional attire vs. looking like a slob.
