I've got a design with tiny details (all outlines but some are very close to each other) that I need to cut out of a coin blank. A V-bit is OK but I need something steep, like 10 or better yet 5 degrees. An endmill is OK but I'd need something very thin like 1/32". Is that even possible for cutting into soft metal or am I just going to frustrate myself with a bunch of tiny broken endmills?

I'm thinking the v-bit is the better choice. I think a redesign is the best choice. What do you say?

It really depends on feed-rate.
