I rather enjoyed this, in the peace before the energy of Christmas morning, over a dark black cup of particularly strong coffee.

With a touch like that, that guy would have been a hell of a surgeon. Cool vid.

I really enjoyed that. Thank you for posting it. I just recently fell in love with automatic watches, the intricacy, the moving parts and especially seeing the watches heart beat, I’m hooked on them.

I prefer manual wound now. I have automatics too of course, but I particularly like and seek manual wound.

That was wonderful, thank you. I love the metaphor of watch and life, the the element where he says "the spring is easy to break . . . hope it doesn't break"

Very nice. I really enjoy the oscillation sounds of mechanical watches.

Try London, England. Cars driving on the left, store signs, realtor signs, green cross pharmacy signs, buying stuff in pounds....

Yes, I definitely recognized England. Couldn’t recognize enough to be sure it was London instead of some other largish English town, but Tac would know. I wonder about the watchmaker, whether he was born in Great Britain or an emigrant? I wouldn’t know, but it is interesting to speculate.

Two of us on the Youtube comments have decided that he is Iranian. I think he is a Parsi, too.
