My breakfast is always raisin bran and milk. I skip any meal when I'm not hungry or if I'm extremely busy. I avoid eating just because it's a certain time of the day.

Two strong coffees with a splash of Irish cream, banana, cereal and milk six days. Bacon, eggs, hash browns, fried tomatoes, coffee and Guinness most Sundays. And a nap...

Bacon, spuds, onion, and mushrooms all diced up and fried until the bacon is done. Coat with a liberal amount of pepper and sprinkle with salt. It was my poor college student breakfast (and sometimes dinner) back when bacon was cheap, and I still love it today. Stick to your ribs it will.

Otherwise, sausage, toast, and a couple eggs over easy.

I like my breakfasts cooked. No cereal as it is filled with sugar and other garbage, and I stopped eating oats a number of years ago when I learned that they douche it in Roundup prior to harvesting. I do miss oats though. Maybe I'll look for some organic stuff.

Another good cooked breakfast is a couple eggs over easy, link sausages, and hashbrowns. Mix it all up together and coat it in brown gravy. Mmmmmm.....

Strong coffee year around, that's for sure. Winter time more oatmeal or Cream of Wheat. Summer time more fruits and lighter fare.

Yeah, I know, I know. I've always loved Cream of Wheat. Smile

Unless I'm traveling, breakfast for me is normally a small plate of leftovers, so the season doesn't matter.

No. I have some combination - or all - of 1-2 eggs, some kind of meat, potatoes and toast, washed down with coffee, sometimes with orange juice or milk. Hot cereals, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, etc. are "sometimes" foods, and may be included with breakfast, but not as breakfast.
