BOLO for this guy... UPDATE he's in jail in Kentucky

If any of you folks come across this guy watch out he's killed a elderly couple down here in Louisiana and said to be headed to the Tennessee area. He has two 1st degree murder warrants on him. The DSPD Chief Shannon Womack is a old friend of mine.

The Advocate story

They got him in Kentucky and he will be coming back to Louisiana.

Police believe Collins fled to northeast Tennessee in Frank Gurley’s white 2016 Nissan Frontier pickup. Denham Springs Police Chief Shannon Womack said Friday that authorities received a tip that Collins was seen in the truck in Tennessee, but that has not yet been substantiated.
