I got over that particular hangup working in a federal female max security prison in the early 80's. I the at the time I was 200 pounds and very fit. One alleged woman threw a lit towel on my back when I was struggling with another "female." Once I kicked the first one off me, I turned to restrain the firebug. It took me over 8 minutes of flat out street fighting to restrain her. She was 6'2", about 180 pounds, and had been some kind of weight lifting champion a couple of years prior. We developed a mutual respect after that.

My brother's second wife thought she was a badass and I mentioned to her that most women I'd met thought the same thing and not a single one of them was.

With that, she put me in a headlock and said something to the effect of what did I have to say now.

I told her she had 5 seconds to let go and after that if she acted like a man I'd treat her like a man.

Last time I ever had a problem with her.

I'm a firm believer that if you act like a man , you should be treated like one . No way in hell I would stand still and let a woman wail away on me .

Reminds me of this scene from Boston Public. It's not long and worth a watch. Chi McBride is probably one of the most underrated actors of our time.

Act like a man then expect to be treated like a man... They want equal treatment but want a different play standard when they get theirselves in a situation over their heads when they do not get their way. ............................ drill sgt.

Years ago, one of the larger guys on the Tact Teams (Carl was easily 6'5" and every bit of 290-300 lbs of USDA Beef, no fluff on him) is out on 119th Street working. This female ghetto rat goes off on Carl, then spits on him...

The open handed slap sounded like a shotgun went off, chick went off her feet, in the air for a few seconds, then hit the ground asleep...

Nothing wrong with that. I expect the lawmen to meet force with stronger force.

Want to be treated right, treat them right.

I had a female strike me in the face three times.

The first was a mentally ill black girl named Helen in my sixth grade class. This was a few months after moving to not terribly desegregated Virginia from Africa. Mind, as the child of a diplomat I was prohibited from fighting people with high melanin skin, as it could PNG my father.

Helen decided to beat on me one day and so ingrained was “no fighting” especially no fighting women, that my self-defense was largely pushing her away. She managed to give me a black eye. The second time was more serious. She raked my face with her fingernails, scratching multi inch long furrows and drawing blood. My response was a deck her. And who did my racist black male teacher blame? Me!

The third time, a Caucasian chick sucker punched me. I pimp slapped her to the ground.

I have zero qualms about hitting a female if they strike first.

Don't you just love anachronisms! There could be at least a dozen meanings for PNG!

I'm guessing he means persona non grata, but who knows?

Oops! Tonydec beat me to it.

I started out spelling it that way but decided to Google the spelling and saw this other spelling, which I used. I know better.
