I mean they've always been good.

I just ordered a pistol upper and it shipped the same day. This is after they totally took care of a gift card issue I was having. Nothing but patience, kind words, and excellent customer service on their part.

I just felt like I had to tell someone, and I'm not on facecase or mybook.

Any other recent PSA shoppers?

Not recently, but I've always been happy with their service, products, and prices. the 10 "blem" lowers I bought a while back don't seem to have any I could complain about.

No complaints as to their products, but their delivery by overland stagecoach could use improvement.

I wish they'd give the option of "one email a week" or even "one a day". But multiple per day is a little more than I can handle.

I finally had to unsubscribe from their emails and quit checking their website. My cookie jar was getting too depleted.

PSA needs to be shut down and stopped. They have too many good deals that get me in trouble with the wife.

Shipping seems to have improved lately. My past two orders arrived in under a week.

Good to hear. Fewer raiding Indians and bridge washouts are repaired.

Big Grin

I think I've maybe placed one order since they started charging sales tax in GA.

Between tax and the relatively high shipping on items that aren't part of a "Free Shipping" promo, I can usually find what I want for less elsewhere. I might be interested in some of their uppers, except they seem to rarely run the Premium/CHF items on promo anymore.

I've been very happy with PSA. Their shipping times are usually very slow, but I know that going into it, so I'm never surprised when it takes awhile.

I ordered a 9mm lower that took forever to get. About a month later I ordered an upper and got it in IIRC 4 days.

I have had good experiences with PSA.

I disagree with a previous post that said shipping prices were high. The items I've ordered that weren't "free shipping," I've found their shipping fees reasonable.

With regard to collecting sales tax, if your state has a sales tax it likely has an equivalent use tax, for items purchased out of state, but shipped/brought into the state for use. Just because an online retailer doesn't (or didn't in the past) collect that tax doesn't mean you don't owe it.

For example: https://dor.georgia.gov/sales-use-tax

https://dor.georgia.gov/what-s...ct-sales-and-use-tax

https://dor.georgia.gov/what-s..._related_links-486-1

Obviously PSA now has a presence in GA, and therefore now collects sales tax, but before that you still owed the use tax. Just because you got away with not paying it doesn't mean it wasn't owed.

I've made several purchases from PSA, and only had one problem, but with a few calls to customer service it was resolved.

They have moved away from chrome lined and CHF barrels a little, but have increased their stainless and nitride barrel offerings. The truth is 99.99% of the people who think they need chrome lined or CHF barrels won't shoot enough to wear out a stainless or phosphated barrel, let alone a nitride barrel, and don't come close to needing chrome lining or CHF.
