The foam ear pieces on my older Bose Bluetooth headphones started to fall apart so I went to their website to see if I could find replacements. The website was not helping me much so I tried the chat function.

In short order Jade was able to identify the correct part I needed and was even able to place the order for me through the same chat session by sending me a secured form in the chat that I filled out and sent back to her. Quick, easy, and much more helpful then I expected.

I actually had an issue with my Bose X aviation headset after about 10 years. I called them on the phone in Framingham, MA and spoke with a person who told me to send them in

in less than 10 days they came back fully refurbished with new ear seals, a head band, new mic and electronics

charged me $25 to do this on a $1000 headset

I owned a black Bose Soundlink Bluetooth speaker that stopped taking a charge a few months out of warranty. I brought it to the Bose store at the nearest mall to have it diagnosed. They ran it through tests before confirming that it wasn’t repairable. They apologized that they only had a silver one to replace it with free of charge. That’s customer service.

I really like my headphones and am glad the customer service did not disappoint.

I just got an e-mail with the shipping info. About 90 minutes after the chat session.

Just sent my soundsport wireless headphones in last week for replacement. They were out of warranty and they are still sending a new pair free of charge.

I do hate that the sound sports and quiet comfort 30 headphone quality is terrible. They both will start to fall apart (the rubber comes off) in about 6 months. Their customer support makes up for it. I’ve had my quiet comforts replaced without hassle six times. My soundsports battery tried to ignite itself while charging.

Don't let sweat dry on them if you can avoid it. Wipe them down with a damp cloth.

They've always given me great fast service.
My 3-2-1 system died a week before the warranty expired. Five minutes on the phone had me an RMA number, and the system was returned to me very quickly, with all my content transfered to a new hard drive. AND... the warranty was reset to zero.

They also hooked me up with a refresh kit for my QC2's at no charge.
