And, I'm just positive that the neighbors have come to appreciate it, too.

That brings back memories ...

When I was a kid we always had beagles. Loved hearing that Whoo! Whoo! Whoo! traveling through the woods.

That made me laugh out loud! I had a plott that sounded like the hound from hell.
I’m QUITE certain our neighbors did not appreciate her..

"My bulldog is barking in the backyard..."

We had a rescued coonhound mix, long since gone to meet his maker, that would bark at just about anything. "OH MY GOD! THERE'S A DRAGONFLY! IT'S HUUUUUGE!"

I'm sure the neighbors were appreciative... when he'd get distracted and stop yowling.
