Former Heisman Trophy winner and NFL quarterback, Tim Tebow has formed an organization to fight human trafficking and especially child exploitation. He did a 3 hour interview with Shawn Ryan and he brought the facts. The attached video is very short, it’s actually Joe Rogan and Guy Fieri talking about the Tebow interview and a voice over further explaining Tebow’s work.

At least watch this.

I’ll just add, if you decide to watch the Shawn Ryan interview, and if you don’t really want to hear Tebow talk about his faith and his missionary parents, skip forward to roughly 55 minutes when they begin the discussion of the Tim Tebow Foundation and child exploitation.

Bringing up an old thread.

This is what I call giving them both barrels!

Recently Shawn Ryan had a guest on talking about child exploitation at Camp Kanakuk. Kanakuk sent Shawn a demand letter to stop talking about it. This is his answer. 6 minute video but he gets to the point quick.

I grew up in a nice neighborhood in Dallas and knew bunches of kids that went to Camp Kanakuk. It was seen as a prestigious Christian oriented camp. It's a major problem that needs to be fixed if there's someone on staff that abuses kids, but I can't forgive when there's a campaign to have a massive cover up.

I was a counselor at a camp in Texas in college. We were in a meeting and a counselor told the boss that he thought it was creepy that his co-counselor was in bed (both on top of the covers) at nap time. We were 2 counselors in a cabin of 12 kids for 3 weeks terms. The bad counselor was dismissed a few days later at the end of the first 3 week term. They didn't leave him alone with anyone till they dismissed him. I'm glad I was at a place that had owners/bosses that really watched out for the kids.

I got to hand it to Shawn Ryan he appears to be all out of F’s and they are not available for back order. And he posts the cease and desist letters from lawyers of people he pisses off.

I like to think there’s a special part of hell for those who would hurt a child. I’d be willing to start their journey if their last legal appeal was exhausted.

I went to school with two of those sick bastards. One took a child’s life after he was through, and ruined countless others. The other beat up a man and his daughter with a club. I’m pretty sure the girl was left blind in one eye as a result. Unfortunately Illinois DOC shows that both have projected parole dates. I hope that never happens. It’s bad enough I have to work to feed them. I just can’t imagine them being functioning members of society but that’s not my call.

Thanks, ibanda, there’s so much to admire about Shawn Ryan, Tim Tebow, and others who are all in on ending child sexual abuse and exploitation.

When my daughter and I were at the 2024 Anchorage Folk Festival, we were at a Frog Holler concert and the band was advocating for Destiny Rescue, an organization that works all over the world with law enforcement to get children out of slavery and exploitative situations.

I know nothing of Tim Tebow’s organization, but I do know that Destiny Rescue is already doing the good work.

I never understood the animosity of Tim Tebow.
I guess it's because he professes his Christianity. Sad.

Wow Roll Eyes A law firm actually took that business huh? "Husch" Blackwell. Ironic

And then they tried to silence, through intimidation, a Navy Seal with a platform of 5.73 MILLION subscribers on YouTube alone. And only God and the algorithm know how many casual consumers.

Unbelievably poor judgement. Kudos to Shawn for fighting to get the message out.
