The trees are blooming this morning. A welcome sight. Have but 1 inch of snow to remember for the entire Winter. Very mild but all came as rains. Anyone else pleased to see the season changes? Welcome to Spring time.

Yes, I’m happy for springtime too. Sunshine and the growing season. We’ve had buckets of rain already. I’d like to mow, but it will be a few days before my poor St. Augustine grass isn’t so waterlogged. I’m afraid there may be areas of my lawn that have literally drowned and may not come back this summer.

The Robin's were splashing and flapping around in the bird bath as of last Saturday. That's a good sign.

Thanks for the reminder - I totally overlooked it due to all the other crap the media is jamming down our throats.

Nice to read. Time is coming for the mulching and mowing season again. Maybe get your boats ready, motor cycles shined up for the rides to come. Preparing your monster trucks and muscle cars for months of dry pavement driving. Lots to do as changes of the season allow us. Welcome Spring and take advantage.

Spring? Was raining all day yesterday then it turned to snow. All the wet stuff underneath froze. NW winds picked up got about 2 inches of snow, blowing whiteout, and the temp went down to 0. Multiple accidents, people in ditches, in yards, or just plain stuck.

The rest of the week... sunny 50’s-60’s. The poor Robins are all confused. Happens every year. All the old farmers would say there has to be one snow on a Robin’s back before spring comes.

I love the end of fucking winter. Sorry you "I'm hot" people. You like it cold, I like it hot. Deal with it.

Maybe some turkey hunting too. I love a talkative gobbler early in the morning. One of the sweetest sounds in the woods!

I couldn't agree more. Bring the warmth of Summer. The last of the snows for the year have hit from the north west to Michigans UP. It wont be long now.

First day of spring ... 72 degrees, took the Baja out for a shakedown

Second day of spring ... 27 degrees and a blizzard headed our way!
