The fellow on the left is Carl Benjamin, known to the youtube faithful as Sargon of Akkad. Putting it in Mafia terms, Carl is a friend of ours.

The bloke on the right, I do not know, but appears also to be a made guy.

It's quite funny that these two British gents are familiar with the term "Big Brother" only in the Orwellian sense. I'm guessing the youth mentoring programs in the UK are called something else.
