Tens of thousands of workers in China have not received their full salaries, or have not been paid for months, employees across several sectors told The Epoch Times.

In April and early May, dozens of protests flared up, with unpaid or underpaid workers demanding wages or benefits owed to them.

Some workers alleged that their employers recently shut down factories and disappeared. In other instances, employers allegedly withheld salaries or benefits for several months.

Between April 1 and May 21, the blog Yesterday, which is a clearinghouse of information about protests in China, has published videos of more than 60 pay-related protests and strikes across 21 provinces and municipalities, as well as on Chinese construction sites in Indonesia.
Those involved in the disputes are from a broad range of sectors, including automotive, construction, property, mining, electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical, textile, leisure, and government

This was the entire point of the tariffs.

Treat the US fairly in trade, and we reciprocate. Treat us badly WRT trade and we find ways to destabilize your country by treating you badly WRT to trade.

Perhaps I should clarify the unintended consequences, such as the collapse of the Communist regime. Or maybe they weren't unintended...

The collapse of that communist regime would be one of the best things to ever happen on this planet for humanity.

China's on the brink for several reasons. All it needs is a firm nudge to go off the cliff.

The population collapse time bomb is about to go off. The one child policy is about to crash their internal economy. The government's fiscal policy has the economy in a slow motion implosion.

Notice that Trump rapidly removed or reduced tariffs with other nations in deals which are win-win, but not with China. China's reaction was 100% predictable.

I believe Trump has had a major global play in action from day 1, aimed at eliminating China as a world power.
