Lived there 50 years ago, when stationed at Belvoir. It was bad enough then, worse now.

No help but it did remind me that next month will be 12 years that I was early one morning doing 90mph through down town Alexandria trying to get to DC to see the President... I-95 was locked down and I was running late for the meeting.
