James Comer Opens Investigation Into the Jury Nullification Network Behind Trumps DC Losses

Trump's Justice Department has been unable to win in Washington DC – and the losses keep piling up.

DC grand juries have repeatedly refused to indict anti-Trump defendants, and DC US Attornery Jeanine Pirro has taken heat from every direction over cases she should have won at trial.

Freedom Trainers was explicitly targeting those cases.

Every time I believe that it cannot get any worse, something like this happens!!
As we know, it only takes one juror to stop a verdict! Jurors are supposed to be a neutral slate and evaluate the matters before them on evidence presented in court only.

With enough trained, especially in DC, we see the results… jury nullification!

Hopefully there's an angle to prosecute jurors who have attended these anti-Trump or jury nullification events. If they lie about their neutrality they should be prosecuted.

Lawfare isn't just spurious lawsuits or impeachable witness, it's so much bigger. And, if all that fails, there's still the court of public opinion, ably manipulated by the too influential usual suspects.

I think this jury nullification effort is the most dangerous threat to our criminal justice system in my lifetime of 85 years.

It is suggested that the “training” be made illegal-a good idea, but would not survive First Amendment protections. I do not have a solution, but we damned sure better find one!!

Jury nullification is a valid concept, but like many other things is being perverted by the left to undermine the country in order to install leftism.

What they want to install is unConstitutional, and they are using methods that can be said to be lawful, with a wink and a nod, but involve illegal and subversive underpinnings. Those underpinnings can be potentially prosecuted as conspiracy to deny someone their rights. A good example is using the apparatus of the government to deny Trump his right to run fairly for office. While each step of the lawfare was done using ostensibly legal procedures, underlying all of that was a campaign to bring him down.

Similarly, teaching jury nullification to violate equal justice is a conspiracy to deny certain people or classes of people their equal rights.
