Getting ready to grout the kitchen tomorrow. Have the sealer additive but getting conflicting information on if it works or if it’s better to seal after.
What say the tile experts of Sigforum.

I put in Mapei Flexcolor CQ-1 in my bathroom and requires no sealant. It is premixed and somewhat pricey, compared to other grouts. Cleanup is a little more work than normal grouts but it offers a lot of benefits others don't. I put it in about 2-3 years ago in my guest bath and am glad I did. It is easier to clean and doesn't get as dirty as other grouts and being the in bathroom, it offers great water resistance in that that nothing absorbs into it.When I redo the shower/bathroom, I will be buying it again.
