Amen. I had the same thought. I noticed the Ziegler sticker, then looked and saw the IL plates. Said to myself, that kid just experienced his own "I guess we're not in Kansas anymore" moment.

Very few, if any, LEOs and their cars, are safely driven at 145.
That is track speed. Cops do not have the experience and the cars are not maintained for that.
Honestly, I’m a fan of limited pursuit policies.
