tatortoddIf I ever go to Pamplona, it'll be as a spectator. Between the achilles rupture 10 months ago and the future knee replacements my days of anything more adventurous are long past. To be fair, I've always been risk adverse so even in prime physical shape I would not have done it.

reflex/deflex 64Put in some training years ago working in a livestock sale barn. Loading semi trailers has its moments. 95% boredom 5% type 2 fun, the big girls will mash you without even acknowledging your presence. Big bulls were very nearly non existent, the industry had already started AI very heavily.

mttaylor1066When I was young, learning about Pamplona in high school Spanish class, one of my life goals was to run with those Spanish bulls, newspaper rolled up and ready to tap one of those big fellas right between their horns.
Now that I’m older, I’m ready to share that 2nd floor balcony with HRK and split a bottle of garnacha, if HRK is so inclined.

wrightdI saw a video a long time ago of a Matador or one of these runners get it in the bunghole and thrown into the air.
That's gotta be a story, hard to explain to your surgeon, esp if you're not in Spain.
If a man has not lived with danger he's only half a man, but good gawd.
