Do you burn some firewood? That could be routinely in a wood stove, or even backup supply or outside pit? If so, I see firewood, that would call for a chainsaw. If you want to use firewood, what’s a tractor going to do? No sense to drag the logs through the dirt before cutting. With your UTV and added trailer, you can move the cut firewood around, maybe you also have a pickup. The branches & brush could be thrown into the woods. Most of us can use added exercise. It sounds like you don’t plow in the Winter? That’s an obvious additional use for a tractor.

A tractor with grapple can be a big help with firewood because you don't drag your wood you pick it up and carry it. It also picks up a pile of limbs at a time to move wherever you want them, and can dig out roots. Cut sections of wood can be loaded in the bucket or grapple and transported to your splitter at the same height so it doesn't have to be picked up off the ground. But I agree, a SXS or ATV with a trailer is very useful too. No car is as much fun to drive, as any motorcycle is to ride.
