Looks exactly like how the Army operated while I was in 1991-1995.

I was a cook and didn't have the luxury of getting up at 0530 though, my ass had to be in the dining facility by 0330.

I saw the Army go this way and it hasn't been pretty. I fear we may be witnessing the beginning of the U.S. Melenial Corps.
