Not surprising, if you look at the fraud in this country on government grant money by the imported foreign sects that have taken over in cities like the Somalians, they run scams on everything.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a call center in MN and many other states that has been infiltrated by these scum.

Yep, never give any information to an incoming call. In fact, the rule is to not even answer incoming calls that are not in my address book.
If a scammer does leave a message with a number I'm still going to use my records/account information to call the institution at a number that I know to be valid.
Sad that one has to be so diligent but that is the world we live in today.
We (as a country) need to figure out a way to nuke these fuckers from orbit.
