Hi all

One of my employees moved to Central FL and got mixed up w a contractor that as it turns out, is on felony probation and not allowed to build and he took her for like $20k.

Anyone know a lawyer in the area that can help? Shes a super sweet kid and a fighter.

Thanks in advance

Sounds like she needs to contact the local prosecutor, if he's a con and criminal doubt he has any assets to recover her money, at that point put his ass back in jail.

Not a legal expert, but, I would:

1) contact her State Attorney Generals office to apply legal pressure at no cost to her,
2) contact a local news station that has segments wherein they try to expose corruption like this. Ordinarily the offender has to do something because the negative publicity.

I don't do that kind of work, but I know a couple who do.

Email is in profile.
