Here is my finalized design, aside from liking how the curves look and show off when doing 2 tone they are easier to assemble and cut out 1 step in the process. Also instead of rounding the corners on the inside connects to the back I kept them straight. It also made them easier to assemble while making them about 1/8" shorter.

I'll still make a few with a straight pocket for inventory and by request but most of my inventory will be these.

These are a Spruce/Forrest Green colored bridle with natural veg-tan.
