Anything the current anti-2A government presents to the public is suspect to my eyes. Even worse when it comes from Kali, NY or similar commie states.

Here's what I know: if you live in Richmond, CA with a lot of guns, you're not a "collector." Because if you're a collector with that many guns, you can afford not to live in Richmond. Richmond is pretty close to Mogadishu where people have to learn to drop to the floor inside their house when they hear gunfire. Businesses there have fenced and locked gates even during business hours for their parking lots.
