Something seems to have changed in the last hour or so. I came back to the tab I had the Lounge open to and refreshed it. Then I was presented with a login page that made me log in before I could see any of the forum. Is this the new normal or did somebody flip a switch by mistake? Just curious.

Para runs the tightest ship in the shipping business so to speak, which is why this place is so enjoyable.

Good idea. Yesterday or the day before, I got a red warning page when I tried to open a thread I'd already been on. Backed out, got the same response a couple more times and gave up.
I don't remember what thread it was, and couldn't jog my memory by going through the last couple pages The Lounge, but I bet there's a connection with Para's LD44Z attack.
I'll pay closer attention next time and flag the post.

I was wondering why it asked me to log in. Now I know and knowing is half the battle.

I have to log in because the first thing I do is find if anyone tagged my name. It's all about me. I'm glad that star wars thread with the new female lead has died down.
"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." I do a weekly CCleaner process that deletes cookies and extraneous web files. That makes me have to log in again.
