Isn't spitting on someone a chargeable assault offense these days? I think once you're spat on you can defend yourself however you may. Looked like the kid he was picking on had a cast or ace bandage on his arm or hand. Anyhow homeboy got what he needed but I doubt he learned anything. Faintly remember from years ago a case that went to court and the decision was that the spitter got hammered for assault and battery.
