A second ice maker in the fridge? I did not know such a thing existed. I know what I will be looking for when I buy my next fridge.

I didn’t either until recently. The normal through door icemaker sits on the door rather than in the fridge compartment so that’s nice in that you gain that fridge space. The second sits in the freezer compartment. Everything needed for access/wiring is pre installed. You’re able to control both from the control pad on the front of the fridge.
