I have a friend (younger woman) who skis in a bikini from time to time (thankfully she's easy on the eyes).

Personally, I think they're all crazy.

That's about an hour and a half northwest of me. It was 12 degrees here today, before wind-chill. It hurt to be outside. To surf in this...that's just insane.

In college in central VA, we'd get a low pressure system sliding up the coast in January or February and half of my fraternity brothers would head to the Appalachians to go skiing, while the other half would head to Hatteras to go surfing.
