The backside of our cabin gets pretty mildew and moss covered. I don't have enough water pressure to run a pressure washer and I did not feel like scrubbing it so I figure I would give wet and forget a try as it was only $20.
I sprayed it on in November when it looked like this.

Went down yesterday to open up the cabin for the season about a month later than usual because weather has sucked this year and this is what we got!

Not bad considering you just mix the concentrate with water in a pump sprayer. Spray it on and be done.
Sure it is not perfect but looks a whole lot better than it did. So will only have to scrub a little bit.

Luckily they front of the house does not get nasty like the back.

I do the same thing with bleach, although the mold on my house is pink on aluminum siding.

Lowe's carries it. Works great on killing the green fuzzy moss also. Doesn't fall off, but does kill it.

Kubota is in the drive the Ford is hiding behind the cabin. 1st trip with it and it was great. Had my mother all her crap, 2 boys all their crap in case it rained and they were stuck inside, bunch of fools, floor jack, fishing stuff, with plenty of room to spare on the inside, towed a trailer with a close dryer on it, in heavy downpours for the 1st 3/4s of the drive. Handled it all like a champ and got almost 18mpg with cruise set on 79 for most of the highway portion.
Thought I posted the interior before I buttoned her up for the winter but apparently not as I don’t have any photos uploaded to my IMGUR account.
I’ll try to get some up tomorrow as one has to use the PC to resize pics and can’t do it in the mobile app.

I saw it in Costco, and almost bought it. I have a formerly white fence that can really use it. What kind of environmental warnings are on the label? The fence is near Azaleas, oak trees, and other plantings. Thanks.

Claims to be pretty enviromentally friendly.
It says to spray any plant that may get over spray with water first. Then if it does get over spray to hose the plant off with water.

Just don't use it on plastic/PVC furniture. Takes the finish right off and you get white residue all over your clothing when you sit on it.

Nice. I could use some of this for a mold problem we're having.

It's $20 for two gallons at costco the last time I bought it. Works great, although I've been using outdoor bleach from Lowes Depot for the year, it seems to attack the mold quicker and do a more thorough job, the WetnFergit supposedly gets into the pores of the object you spray and kills the fungus/mold there.

I've used a product called Jomax that does a similarly good job.
