Which plate carrier? Login/Join

To say the world of plate carriers is confusing is an understatement. Plates themselves are pretty understandable, but the array of options for what to carry them in is baffling.

I am interested in a relatively light and also modular plate carrier. I'd prefer to probably have a velcro front (or maybe MOLLE) so I can configure it as I learn what works and doesn't work and the ability to add side plates if I ever felt the need. Being able to even change out what plate type (SAPI cut, swimmer's cut, etc.) goes in the front would be nice.

I really am in no mood to spend a billion dollars on something like London Bridge. I'm not in the "teams". Some of the Crye options seem to be in my price point, but the arrays of options are confusing.

I'd prefer to keep the carrier itself under $350.

Suggestions?

I had this company make me a custom carrier for soft armor I already had. Anyway, the linked carrier seems to fit your wish list for $200.

I recently purchased this primarily to use as a workout weighted vest. I'm really impressed by the quality and overall toughness of this thing.

The price cant be beat either...$60

LBT should be under your budget for a 4th sale. If I didn't already have one I would get an AWS.
