JALLENFor some reason, I got to thinking about Tom Landry, dug into my stash of quotes, and found and posted this one.
Landry was what many would call a stoic, and I got started reading stoic stuff.

This is very true. However, if someone can point out to me the fallacy in my thinking I hope I have the wisdom to make the necessary changes. A confrontational approach that begins with YOU ARE NOT LISTENING gets my attention.
