The once great city of Portland and Multnomah County consider this behavior symbolic of the prevailing "local" political climate. The behavior feeds ands supports their ideologies and belief systems. The policies they've enacted are obviously working. Right? Roll Eyes

The town is a shithole, rife with homeless and mentally ill. Companies have moved offices and cities to get away from the street level issues.
