Prayers here, Johnny, for the both of you that she has a quick and steady recovery.

I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all. -Ecclesiastes 9:11

...But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by Him shall glory, but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped. - Psalm 63:11 [excerpted]

Prayers sent. Sounds like what happened to my wife about 20 years ago. She nearly left with a toe tag. She has a very high tolerance for pain but she said this made child birth feel like an orgasm in comparison.

Prayers sent.

Hoping for her quick recovery.

If I can assist, even if it’s listening at the other end of the phone call where you scream into the handset, let me know.

My doc was convinced I had an ulcer but it was crazy pain. Since I was 28 and in grad school that is what they were thinking.

My mom mentioned that she had her Gall Bladder out in her 20's and it sounded the same. I mentioned this in passing to him. He says, "tell me if this hurts" and pushed on my belly (I assume it was where my GB was) and I nearly fainted.
15 minutes later they had me on the ultrasound, I asked if it was a boy, they laughed, I laughed, they showed me the picture of a sack of marbles.
The next morning I had surgery. Mine had to be removed the hard way as well.

I am always so happy when they find and fix these. After the recovery I have never had that particular pain again. Prayers for a quick recovery.
