We get the Informed Delivery emails from the US Post Office so that we know what is supposed to be in the mail. On Saturday an item was listed under Packages Arriving Today from "Ding Hong" The tracking number listed Jamaica, NY as the origin. Confused Neither Shirl nor I had any idea what it could be. Regardless, nothing showed up in the mail. Monday's email had no packages listed under "Arriving Today". Today's (Tuesday's) email had it listed again so I checked the tracking and it was listed as Out for Delivery.

Well, the package arrived. It was ripped and taped over. The online tracking was updated to Delivered. The package has my wife's name and our address listed but the tracking number is different from the one listed online. These generally match. Here are some pictures. I'll blur the numbers in case that is a security issue.
The online tracking number:

The package with a different tracking number:

The tracking number on the package also says it was Delivered to us and originated at Jamaica, NY but had more stops listed.

The best part is we have no idea what these things are. Can you identify these things? There were 6 of them in the package. ???

Some kind of mop maybe?

Shirl went straight to conspiracy theory and said she ordered the free pack of 4 COVID tests from the government and the postal workers stole them and gave us these instead. I have seen them selling for over $50 so maybe she's onto something. Big Grin

Somewhere a USPS employee is looking for the replacement mop heads that were in the janitor's closet, while another is testing the shit out of his/her family for free.

My wife uses those same exact style mops. It's a spin mop bucket system. Works very well actually.

The good news is that you now have a free mop-head. The bad news is that you have to buy the $200 handle! (Life has no free lunches and no free mop-heads. Confused

Oh, here's another delivery twist. We received the replacement bags for our Roborock vacuum but Walmart.com has them listed as "preparing to send" and they took the amount for them off of the total. I guess they'll charge us when they figure out they already sent them.
