Snowing like crazy, and the Eagle has hunkered down in the nest, pretty cool to see.

It never occurred to me that they laid eggs in the winter. Hope she gets a meal really soon. Hedley Lamarr: Wait, wait, wait. I'm unarmed. Bart: Alright, we'll settle this like men, with our fists. Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

I cant recall the YT channels name, but there was someplace in Alaska where Bald Eagles would come and perch on a womans deck railing and she would hand feed them. Like Parakeets! End of Earth: 2 Miles Upper Peninsula: 4 Miles

The snowed-in eagle has been featured on Fox News a couple of times. I hope the outcome is good. flashguy Texan by choice, not accident of birth

My wife has been glued to this cam for awhile now and is posting as well. The eagle eggs are only fertile from Jan-Mar. She isn't sure if these two will make it. It looked like they were just about ready to start opening(not the correct term) and then this cold snap hit a few days ago. They are believed to be ready to open at anytime. Its also a male and female on the nest. Dad was staying on during the day until mom runs him off at night. He also was bringing her fish before the lake froze over. Think they shared a raven last night or the night before. She will also over eat they bring it back up (again not the term she used) so she can go awhile longer that way. Think she's been pretty much on the nest since the storm worsened.
