Sorry I missed out guys. Was busy with some family crap. Mom was in hospital with COVID like symptoms (was not COVID). Grandpa calling me freaked out. And once again prepping dinner. Cut up a whole tenderloin, vacuum sealed 9 steaks, and cut up all the trimmings, tail, and but for fajita burittos tonight for dinner. Will try to eat or at least prep before seven next week.
