I really don't have the time for stress, so I settle for vertical and breathing. That'll have to do.

I've lost about 40lbs this year because I've stopped eating fast food and have been running every day (nothing like a disease that kills fat people to motivate you to get back in shape!). We've had more family time because there have been fewer social obligations (most of which I've always hated anyway, so no loss there), and less extra event details at work that I've had to cover. I still get to shoot, fish, hike, and browse sigforum plenty. Our family vacations were camping in the mountains, so no problems there. For a while at least there were fewer people on the roads...it's honestly been a pretty good year.
