I think that part was staged for comic effect and video magic edited to make it look like the guy got shot in the foot. Look at it in slow mo...the red splotch is really big briefly then disappears...no blood on the ground or shoe after the initial "shot"
But super funnt the first time I watched it!

Some very funny stuff there.
But a few spiked my BP. Like the yacht that ran over the fishermen. Or the golf cart. That type of negligence is a big pet peeve and just pisses me off.
